Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for Starter or Professional plans. Enterprise plans may include implementation services depending on your customization needs.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. You keep 100% of your revenue. The only fees are standard payment processor charges (approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction through Stripe).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET-30 terms.
Can I cancel anytime?
Annual plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime before renewal with 30 days notice. We'll help you export your data.
What's included in the free trial?
Full access to all Starter tier features for 14 days. No credit card required to start. Upload content, test the player, and explore the admin dashboard.
How long does setup take?
Most organizations launch within 2-4 weeks. Our team handles onboarding, content migration, and branding setup. You focus on uploading content while we configure the platform.
Is my data secure?
